#NEP_2020 #Orientation_Program

An orientation program was held at Unique Educational Institute 10+2 Duroo today on 26th of March 2026 to upgrade and update teachers about shift in teaching learning process from traditional to teaching learing objectives, skill development, teaching learning outcome Competency bassed classroom transaction and technological intervention for shaping the academic career of students. 

The program started with the recitation of holy Quran by Mr. Ayoub Abdullah and introductory words by Mr. Javid Ahmad Rather (Tr). The program was organised by 𝕱𝖆𝖑𝖆𝖍-𝖎-𝕸𝖎𝖑𝖑𝖆𝖙 𝕿𝖗𝖚𝖘𝖙 𝕯𝖚𝖗𝖔𝖔 represented by General Secretary Mr. Mohammad Shafi Rather. 

It was privilege to have services of prominent resources personal zone Dangerpora who have proved their metal in imparting training to teachers within and outside Distrct Baramulla. 

Mr. Mohammad Shaffi Ganaie (RP state expert on FLN) #NEP2020 gave threadbare expertise about methods and innovative ways of dealing with the students to make them worthwhile citizens. In his (70 minutes) long interactive speech he detailed variety of aspects related to Learning, Unlearning and Relearing for teachers which will result in achieving the objective of Competence among students as envisaged in #NEP2020.

Highlight of the program was training session imparted by renowned RP, and National award winner best teacher of the state Mr. Sajad Akber Rather. His speech was effective , impactful and motivating which changed the atmosphere of entire session. On technological and digital basis he compared present generation of students with which teachers deal (Gen Z) with those born in 2026( Gen Beta). He gave multiple instance and tips on Science , Maths and S.St, languages by using Simulation which can be used comfortably by teachers to make abstract questions understandable to students in concrete form with minimum effort and time. 'Digital ecosystem in which present generation grows necessities need to update tand equip teachers with modern technology for making them relevant to classroom. His lecture was illuminating and thought provoking. 

The program was also attended by Veteran Ex Headmaster Mr. Teli sb, and Mr. Latif sb, Bashir Ahmad Teli and Javid Ah Rather . The program was concluded with the vote of thanks by General Secretary FMT Duroo Mr. Mohammad Shafi Rather who was pivotal in organising this workshop. In his address he expressed his gratitude to Guest teachers for sparing time despite holiday and tight schedule. He advised teachers to remain committed and dedicate themselves to their job. He further added that another workshop pertaining to #NEP about examination and evaluation will follow in near future. He also thanked teachers for almost 100% participation.
