With every new sun, fresh bunch of challenges pile up in front of us, if left unaddressed it is a potent threat to our survival. In this fast changing world where values, beliefs, standards, philosophies alter too quickly to notice them, it becomes really tough to get going. If the going gets tough, then tough gets going. We need to be capable and extra smart to sieve all that comes our way to sift grain from chaff. It will need highly sensitive and developed minds to ward off any aggression, be they cultural or any other that may be eying on axing our identity and existence. Our education system needs overhauling to neutralize all these threats on one hand and help our students keep the pace with the advanced world in science and technology on the other.

Our social, cultural, religious values are too good to be replaced with anything foreign. Human values must stem from our education system and in turn it guarantee watering the seeds of human values to see them flowering and blooming. The world as whole has advanced by leaps and bounds in terms of science and technology but the irony is that we have ceased to be human now. Education system needs a comprehensive revisit to assess the situation and tailor the syllabus to address all requirements. It needs to be done now, else it would be beyond any repair if delayed for tomorrow.
